Speech Recognition with SAP Contact Center 7.0 SP8

Hi Experts,

 

We have a requirement to implement speech recognition/Text to speech with SAP Contact Center 7.0 SP8. For example on the IVR Menu choice instead of pressing key customer can say the choice or If customer is entering the Account number IVR should has capability to announce back the number that was entered. If anyone has implemented similar requirement or have some any idea please share.

 

Any pointer is greatly appreciated.
